Introduction
A comprehensive repositioning of Denver’s tallest high-rise, this project reimagines its 56-story presence through a refined, hospitality-driven lobby. A custom curved marble bar anchors “Done Deal,” paired with a dramatic installation of suspended rods that echo its form. Original 1980s granite is layered with jewel-toned seating, lush greenery, and a sculptural terra cotta wall—transforming the space into an inviting, high-end destination in the city’s core.
